In total we, processed 27.2 kg of coffee, divided into 99 lots. 13.2% of the total was decaffeinated. We bought coffee from 19 roasters. The coffee came from 20 different origins and 55 varieties. The roasters used 171 unique notes to describe the taste of our coffeee. That's a lot!
