In total we, processed 36.9 kg of coffee, divided into 140 lots. 11.1% of the total was decaffeinated. We bought coffee from 28 roasters. The coffee came from 23 different origins and 70 varieties. The roasters used 226 unique notes to describe the taste of our coffeee. That's a lot!
