In total we, processed 31.5 kg of coffee, divided into 117 lots. 13.0% of the total was decaffeinated. We bought coffee from 23 roasters. The coffee came from 20 different origins and 58 varieties. The roasters used 198 unique notes to describe the taste of our coffeee. That's a lot!
