In total we, processed 24.1 kg of coffee, divided into 86 lots. 13.9% of the total was decaffeinated. We bought coffee from 18 roasters. The coffee came from 21 different origins and 50 varieties. The roasters used 161 unique notes to describe the taste of our coffeee. That's a lot!
