In total we, processed 12.4 kg of coffee, divided into 47 lots. 16.5% of the total was decaffeinated. We bought coffee from 14 roasters. The coffee came from 16 different origins and 29 varieties. The roasters used 114 unique notes to describe the taste of our coffeee. That's a lot!
