In total we, processed 17.1 kg of coffee, divided into 64 lots. 13.7% of the total was decaffeinated. We bought coffee from 17 roasters. The coffee came from 19 different origins and 39 varieties. The roasters used 135 unique notes to describe the taste of our coffeee. That's a lot!
