In total we, processed 39.7 kg of coffee, divided into 151 lots. 10.3% of the total was decaffeinated. We bought coffee from 30 roasters. The coffee came from 23 different origins and 72 varieties. The roasters used 234 unique notes to describe the taste of our coffeee. That's a lot!
