In total we, processed 35.3 kg of coffee, divided into 132 lots. 11.6% of the total was decaffeinated. We bought coffee from 26 roasters. The coffee came from 24 different origins and 66 varieties. The roasters used 219 unique notes to describe the taste of our coffeee. That's a lot!
